2. Bespoke VIP Clients (Special Case)
Our Bespoke VIP service is designed for clients with unique life circumstances who deserve extra care and tailored support. Youqualify as a Bespoke VIP if you:
Are a single parent with more than two dependent children
Are managing a chronic health condition (e.g., HIV)
Are over the age of 45
Or meet other special conditions identified in your discovery session
This difference is not about stigmatisation or limitations — it’s about honoring your extra needs and attention to your circumstances.

How It Works – Our Matchmaking Journey
Week 1: Discovery Session
We dive deep into who you are, your past relationship experiences, your preferences, and your emotional readiness.
Week 2: Image & Presence Coaching
You’ll receive expert advice on your presentation, including image coaching and photo recommendations tailored to your personal brand.
Week 3: Photo Submission
You submit your updated photos, and we provide any final tweaks or coaching needed.
Week 4–5: Match Search Begins
We initiate the curated search for your ideal partner using our extensive international network.
Week 4–7: First Introduction
Your first potential match is introduced. We facilitate the process, ensuring both sides feel safe, informed, and ready.
Weeks 7–12+: Ongoing Support
Weekly check-ins (15–30 min) to assess progress and offer advice
On-demand texting support in the first week after introductions
If the connection doesn't progress, beyond the end of duration of the programme, we hold a “post-match debrief”
We then begin the search for your second match
*All meetings are conducted via Google Meet and recorded for quality control.
*Meeting times will be Thursdays + Fridays 16-19hrs and Saturdays 10-12hrs
*Meeting Duration will be 30min -45min per session depending on needs.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Let’s talk investment.
Signature VIP: $635 USD — that’s approximately 15,000 Zambian Kwacha
Bespoke VIP: $760 USD — approximately 18,000 Zambian Kwacha
You’ll pay using your Visa or Debit Card — the same card you use at ATMs or for online purchases.
Please note: we do not accept mobile money payments for exclusive matchmaking.

If no match is found: You receive a 40% refund
If only one match is found: You receive a 25% refund
